Loam is made for iPhone and requires iOS 18.3 or later. It is optimized for iOS 26+ and iPhone 15 Pro or newer.

Do I need an account?

No. Loam works the moment you open it. There is no account on our end.

Does Loam sync between devices?

Yes. Loam syncs across devices through your private iCloud account, so your data stays near you without ever reaching us.

Can Quiet Bit read what I write?

No. What you write stays on your device and in your private iCloud account. Loam does not receive and cannot see any of your data.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Loam Plus adds a high-quality PDF export of your thoughts and tending sessions that you can keep or share with a professional.

Will Loam nag me?

No. There are no shame mechanics or streaks to maintain. You can choose one gentle daily reminder to tend to your thoughts, but that's it.

How does Loam help with overthinking?

Loam gives your thoughts a place to rest so you don't have to carry them all day long. Capturing thoughts in the moment assists in breaking the loop.
